"Gramma Kito"
Kito's Taco Shop draws its inspiration from the cherished memories of my grandmother, affectionately known as "Gramma Kito." My fondest childhood recollections are centered around her kitchen, where the air always carried the enticing scent of freshly made tortillas. Each bite wasn't just a taste of a dish; it was a connection to my Mexican-American heritage, a reminder of a simpler time when life was uncomplicated, and flavors were bold.
From the Yucatan region of Mexico, Chef Billy crafts dishes rooted in tradition while infusing his personal and creative touches. It's a tribute to the authentic flavors of Mexico and the legacy of Gramma Kito.
